Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made on the Concrete Indigo website and is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to return your order within this 14-day period by contacting our support team.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • In their original condition, with all original tags and packaging included

You may inspect items as you would in a physical store. However, if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value.

Return Shipping

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping (courier) costs.
Concrete Indigo does not cover return postage fees, customs charges, or duties.

Returned items must be sent using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds will include the original standard shipping cost, if applicable

  • Any express or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.
